Privacy Policy

ReetInfoTech ("we", "us", or "our") publishes Offline Scanner: PDF, No Login (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use the App on iPhone or Android, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Summary

Offline Scanner: PDF, No Login is built so your scans stay on your device. We do not require login, we do not sell your personal information, we do not run advertising profiles from your documents, and we do not upload your scans to ReetInfoTech servers for ordinary use of the App.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile App. It does not cover third-party websites, services, or apps you open from outside the App (including Apple, Google, or apps you use to share a PDF). Those services have their own privacy policies.

No account / no login

You do not need to create an account or sign in to use the App. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or password as a condition of scanning or exporting PDFs.

Information we do not collect

For ordinary use of the App, we do not collect on ReetInfoTech servers:

• Your scanned documents, photos, or exported PDFs
• Your name, email address, phone number, or postal address
• Precise location for advertising or tracking
• Contacts, calendar, or microphone content
• Advertising identifiers used to build a marketing profile

Information stored on your device

Photos you capture, cropped pages, enhancements, app settings, and exported PDFs are stored locally on your phone or tablet. This content remains on your device unless you choose to share, export, print, email, or back it up yourself (for example through your device’s own backup tools).

Device permissions

Depending on your device and the features you use, the App may ask for:

• Camera — to capture document pages
• Photo library / storage — to import images or save exported PDFs, when you allow it

You can deny or later revoke permissions in your device settings. Some features will not work without the related permission. Images and PDFs created in the App are processed on your device.

Offline use

Everyday scanning, cropping, enhancement, and PDF export are designed to work offline. If a future feature needs a network connection, we will describe it in the App and update this Privacy Policy.

Analytics & crash reports

If the App includes optional crash reporting or anonymous diagnostics provided by Apple, Google, or a similar service, that data is limited to technical information needed to fix bugs (for example device model or crash logs). It is not used to read the content of your scans. If we add additional analytics, we will update this policy.

Advertising

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your scanned documents to target ads. If the App later shows ads from a third-party network, we will update this policy and disclose that practice in the store listing.

Payments & subscriptions

If optional paid features or subscriptions are offered, purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google may collect billing information according to their own policies. ReetInfoTech does not receive or store your payment card details.

How we use information

When you contact support, we use your email address and message only to respond to your enquiry and improve the App. Device-side processing is used only to provide scanning, editing, and export features you request.

Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share your scans with third parties for their marketing. We may share information only:

• With your direction (for example when you share a PDF using another app)
• With payment platforms (Apple / Google) as needed to process purchases
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety
• With service providers who help us operate support email, under confidentiality obligations

Data retention & deletion

Scans and PDFs on your device remain until you delete them or uninstall the App. Uninstalling the App typically removes App-stored files from that device, subject to your device’s backup behavior. Support emails we receive are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business records.

Security

We design the App so ordinary scanning does not send your documents to our servers. You are responsible for securing your device (passcode, biometrics, OS updates) and any copies you export or share. No method of storage is completely secure.

International users

The App may be used in different countries. Because ordinary scanning stays on your device, your documents are not transferred to ReetInfoTech servers for that use. If you email us, your message may be processed where we operate support.

Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. For device-stored scans, you can delete them in the App or by uninstalling. For support emails, contact hello@reetinfotech.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Children’s privacy

Offline Scanner: PDF, No Login is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links & services

If you use system share sheets, cloud drives, email, or messaging apps to send a PDF, those services process the file under their own terms and privacy policies. ReetInfoTech is not responsible for third-party practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy. For material changes, we may also provide an in-App notice when practical.
