Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Offline Scanner: PDF, No Login (the "App"), published by ReetInfoTech ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to consent to these Terms under the laws of your country (and at least 13 years old, or the higher age required in your region). If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for scanning, organizing, and exporting your own documents as PDFs. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, rent, lease, sell, or redistribute the App except as allowed by applicable law or app store rules.

App Store terms

If you download the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to the applicable store’s terms. In the event of a conflict between those store terms and these Terms regarding the store’s role, the store terms control for that store relationship. Apple and Google are not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the App unless required by their rules.

Your content

You retain ownership of the documents, photos, and PDFs you create with the App. You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of what you scan and for how you share, store, or use exported files. You confirm you have the rights needed to scan and process the materials you capture.

No login required

The App is designed to work without creating an account. You are still responsible for securing your device and any documents stored on it, and for any actions taken with your exported PDFs.

Intellectual property

The App — including its software, interface, icons, trademarks, and other materials — is owned by ReetInfoTech or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your license lets you use the App to produce your own PDFs; it does not give you rights to resell, republish, or sublicense the App or our branding.

Free & paid features

Core scanning features may be free. Additional tools, limits, or Pro features may require a one-time purchase or subscription. We may add, change, or remove features in updates to improve the App.

Subscriptions & billing

If you buy a subscription, it is billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. Restore Purchases (where available) may restore eligible access on the same store account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App or interfere with its operation or security
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or other users’ data
• Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Scan or distribute content you are not entitled to copy
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Use the App to create or spread malware or deceptive materials

Permissions & device requirements

Some features need camera or photo-library access. You must provide a compatible device and keep your operating system reasonably up to date. We are not responsible for failures caused by unsupported devices, denied permissions, or third-party hardware limits.

Scan quality disclaimer

Scan quality depends on lighting, camera hardware, paper condition, and your capture technique. Always review exported PDFs before sharing them for legal, financial, medical, immigration, or other official use. The App does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.

No professional or outcome guarantee

Offline Scanner: PDF, No Login is a document-scanning tool. We do not guarantee that a scan will be accepted by any third party, institution, or authority, or that the App will meet every specialized archival or compliance requirement.

Updates

We may provide updates, patches, or new versions. Some updates may be required for continued use or security. Failure to update may limit features or support.

Support requests may be sent to hello@reetinfotech.com. We aim to respond within a reasonable time but do not guarantee a specific response window.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or uninterrupted, error-free operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReetInfoTech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost documents, data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $10, to the extent such a limit is allowed.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReetInfoTech and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the App or any feature if required for legal, security, or operational reasons. Sections that by nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply.

Export & sanctions

You may not use or export the App in violation of applicable export-control or sanctions laws. You represent that you are not prohibited from receiving the App under such laws.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence require otherwise. Courts in India will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms, subject to those mandatory protections.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the App Privacy Policy and any in-App disclosures, are the entire agreement between you and ReetInfoTech regarding the App and supersede prior agreements on that subject.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and uninstall it.
