Why freshers in India need an ATS-ready resume

Campus drives, off-campus drives, and portals such as company career sites, Naukri, and LinkedIn often pass your file through an applicant tracking system before a recruiter searches the database. An ATS resume for freshers India is not about keyword spam — it is about clean structure so your name, degree, marks, and skills land in the right fields.
