ReetInfoTech ("we", "us", or "our") publishes ATS Resume: Cover Letter Maker. This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you use the app on iPhone or Android.

Summary

ATS Resume: Cover Letter Maker is designed so your resumes and cover letters stay under your control. We do not sell your data, run advertising profiles, or collect personal information for marketing purposes.

Information we do not collect

We do not ask you to create an account to use the app. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or résumé content on our servers for ordinary use of the app.

Information stored on your device

Resumes, cover letters, template choices, and edits you make are saved locally on your phone or tablet. This content remains on your device unless you export it, share it, or enable a backup feature described below.

Cloud backup (Pro)

If you subscribe to Pro and turn on cloud backup, your documents may be synced through Apple iCloud on iOS or the backup service provided on Android. That data is stored under your personal cloud account and is governed by Apple’s or Google’s privacy policies, not by ReetInfoTech servers.

AI features

When you use AI suggestions or job-description optimization, the text you enter in those tools is processed to generate a result shown inside the app. We do not use that content to build advertising profiles or sell it to third parties. Do not enter sensitive information you do not want processed for that feature.

Payments & subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google process payment and may collect billing information according to their own policies. ReetInfoTech does not receive or store your payment card details.

Support requests

If you email us at hello@reetinfotech.com, we use your message and email address only to respond to your enquiry. We do not add support emails to marketing lists.

Children’s privacy

ATS Resume: Cover Letter Maker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
