Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Resume Builder - ATS CV Maker, published by ReetInfoTech. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Resume Builder - ATS CV Maker on devices you own or control, solely for creating and exporting your own resumes and cover letters. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app except as allowed by applicable law or app store rules.

Your content

You retain ownership of the text and information you enter into the app. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your resumes, cover letters, and exported PDFs before you share or submit them to employers or other parties.

Templates & app materials

Resume layouts, templates, icons, and other materials provided in the app are owned by ReetInfoTech or our licensors. Your license lets you use them to produce your own documents; it does not give you rights to resell, republish, or sublicense the templates themselves.

Free & Pro features

Some templates and tools are free. Additional templates, cloud backup, and other capabilities may require a Pro subscription. We may add, change, or remove features in updates to improve the app.

Subscriptions & billing

Pro plans are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. Restore Purchases is available for eligible Pro access on the same store account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use it for unlawful purposes, or use it to create misleading, fraudulent, or harmful documents. You may not use the app to infringe the rights of others.

AI & templates disclaimer

AI suggestions, job-description tools, and templates are provided as aids only. They may contain errors or wording that is not suitable for every role or employer. Always review and edit your final PDF before sending it.

No employment guarantee

Resume Builder - ATS CV Maker is a document-creation tool. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or hiring outcomes. Results depend on your qualifications, the roles you apply for, and employer decisions outside our control.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReetInfoTech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities or data, arising from your use of the app.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the app. We may suspend or discontinue the app or any feature if required for legal, security, or operational reasons. Sections that by nature should survive termination — including disclaimers and limitations of liability — will continue to apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
