University of Delhi CGPA to Percentage
The University of Delhi notified a CGPA-to-percentage rule for undergraduate CBCS students in Dean (Exams)/2017/9126 dated 20 December 2017. The official wording is: “Final Percentage of marks (%) = C.G.P.A. based on all six semesters × 9.5”. This calculator uses that notification. It does not add a UGCF (NEP) option.

All six semesters
The notification multiplies the CGPA based on all six semesters. Do not average two years of SGPA by hand and then multiply by 9.5 unless that CGPA is the one DU printed as the final figure. A 9.50 CGPA is 90.25%.
CBCS here is the 2015-batch-onward undergraduate structure with exams from May/June 2018 as described in the notification. College-specific professional programmes may sit under other ordinances — check the document on your transcript.
UGCF is not on this calculator
Students admitted under UGCF (NEP, 2022 onward) should confirm conversion with the University. We have not verified an official UGCF conversion notification, so this page does not offer a second dropdown that pretends × 9.5 still applies.
